When placing an order you just need to quote the name of each party bag plus the quantity required, your method of payment and your contact details. There is no minimum order of each bag so you can select as many or as few of each bag as you would like. For payment details, please see below.
How can I pay?
We accept most credit and debit cards: Visa, Switch/Maestro UK, Discover, Paypal Express checkout, American Express, Solo and Mastercard. We are also happy to accept a cheque which you can post to the above address. Unfortunately, we have to wait until the cheque clears the banking system before we can mail out your party bags.
When are you available to take orders or queries?
We are available to answer your questions or take orders six days a week, from 9am until 5pm. Should we be unable to answer the phone, please leave your details and we will return your call as soon as possible.
What about delivery?
A charge of £5.95 is added to all orders to cover postage to all addresses on mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If a more urgent delivery is required or you require delivery outside of this area then please contact us for a quote.
How will my bags arrive?
The bags are sent out in kit form as they are less likely to be damaged in the post. Each bag arrives flat with a tag attached and a safety note enclosed. All gifts are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and the tissue is folded ready to wrap the gifts for that special look. All you then have to do is add the cake!
What does it say on the gift tag?
Each tag says: ‘Thank you’ and is printed with The Little Things logo.
Can I have a personalised gift tag?
That is no trouble, for a cost of 20p per tag, we can do that too. Please fill in below the name you would like to appear, press the ‘Add to basket ‘ button and fill in the required number of tags on the following page. Each tag will then read ‘Thank you from (name)’.
Where different designs of a gift are available, can I select which design I would like?
We are sorry but we receive a random selection of each design from our suppliers and so are unable to meet specific requirements from our customers. However, if a gift is available in six different designs and you order six party bags containing that gift then you should receive all six different designs.
Can I create my own party bag?
If you haven’t found a bag that perfectly meets your requirements then just contact us. We are happy to offer a different combination of gifts if you would prefer.
Can I have a different tissue paper or gift tag than the one stated?
If you are not happy with the selection of tissue paper or tag which goes with each party bag then we would be happy to change them for another design in stock for no extra cost. For example, if you wish to order a boy’s bag (age 3-5) which comes with the blue gingham tissue paper and a red star-shaped gift tag but would prefer instead the combat-printed tissue and green star-shaped tag then please phone or email us to let us know.
